Now, some behind the scenes footage from the upcoming limited series appears to have leaked online and it features a moment that's been talked about a lot by various scoopers.
As you can see, Obi-Wan is attempting to overpower Vader, but finds himself unable to do so; it's then the villain uses the Force to send his former ally flying. We have no reason to believe this isn't the real deal, though it's unclear where the footage originated. Regardless, it's been posted to Reddit and is all over social media, and you can see the post from the latter below.
Some Star Wars fans have had their doubts about Obi-Wan and Vader meeting again after their clash in Revenge of the Sith, but A New Hope left room for interpretation. based on this epic tease, Lucasfilm has made the right decision by finding a way to have them cross paths again.
Obi-Wan Kenobi premieres on Disney+ on May 27 with its first two episodes.
